Boas!
Isso é falta de lubrificação ou o mais certo, cabo a esfiar e faz com que fique preso.
Caso esteja danificado só mesmo trocando. Um cabo de acelerador de motorizadas resolve isso. Lubrificação, mesmo depois de novo, WD40, Bala. Qualquer oleo fino em spray.
